Build a Real-State like website for Dental Clinics space rental.

It's a normal process for dental clinics owners to rent their 'procedure rooms' when they are not using them. Most of the rental process are done using internet channels but it's always very difficult to find. What we want to do is to implement a site dedicated to the rental of clinic spaces. Details: 1. This will be a website in which the clinic owners can post the space they are renting, including a limited amount of pictures (with a predefines max. resolution) and specific fields that must be completed based on the different categories (it could be a procedure room, a basic surgery room, a complex surgery room, among others). Based on this categories, we will require to enter different fields and also require to attach documentation that the super admin will have to approve or reject. 2. The publication will be paid. The superadmin should be able to define the price, based on different configurables considerations. What I mean is that, based on the previous information, including the price, we should be able to create profiles to determine what the price will be. Including, the duration, the type of room, additional services, if the publication will be premium or normal, etc. Please consider that also the price could be 0, and we should be able to offer a price equal to 0, for a limited time if we decide it. 3. We should offer optionally the following features: 3.1 An only agenda that will be managed by the business owner. There, they could define what time slots are available, what is the minimum renting time (time slot, day of the week, half day of the week, for one time, 1 month, 3 months, etc...). The business owner will decide if the customer can book online or not. 3.2 The ability to charge for them --> More info. on point 4 4. We will charge the clinic owners and potentially the customers using Transbank, a chilean credit/debit card online payment portal. The integration is fairly simple and can be done with a plugin on wordpress. 5. Wordpress is preferred, Amazon S3 for storage as well. 6.
