Business / Revenue share opportunity

Hi Starting a business to focus on local small businesses. Most small businesses don't have a website or even an email address other than their gmail or ISP provider. I want to fix this. The model is simple, they pay a monthly fee, in that fee is the website, hosting, business gmail using gmail and simple ongoing updates to their website. Extra add on are social media customization, advertising, adwords and so on. I need a provider or person who wants to share the revenue by providing the services of building websites to the ongoing updates to everything other than sales for an ongoing share of revenue. Per site it is not very much but as we grow so will the ongoing revenue share, the majority of work comes with the initial setup not really ongoing. Hit me up if you want to do this. Template site design will be just fine. We want good looking sites for our people.
