Convert MS Access 97 Program to MS Access 2016

Hi! I am working with Microsoft Access since version 2.0 back in 1994. If anyone can do this properly, that will be me. Usually, conversion from 97 to at least 2007 (2013 and 2016) is done into 2 steps since Access from version 2007 does not support database older than for version 2002. The first step will be to convert frontend to at least version 2003 and then convert 2003 to at least 2007 SP2 (ACCDB) format. Then, references must be fixed and most likely the code has to be updated. Note this, it is important: ADP format is not supported in new Access. If you have used it as ADP the conversion is much more demanding. Regards, Branislav Mihaljev

Your VB6 apps don't work with MS-Access 2016 if I just upgrade your MS-Access 97 file to MS-Access 2016 file. Since the old connection setting won't work with new ACCDB file format so we need to recompile VB6 source code with new connection string.
