GPS Tracking Panel 2

Hi All I'm looking for a freelancer to design me a bespoke GPS tracking panel. please only bid if you have done this kind of project before as I don't have the time to explain the whole back end to you if you have not any experience. the panel design must be unique to me and my company and like a cockpit design with various functions. their will be one super admin user that will be me, and from their i will create reseller accounts and only devices with the imei number in the pool we add are able to be added across the platform, this will stop resellers from bypassing me and purchasing devices from elsewhere and adding to my tracking panel, but this must be a option which i will allow some resellers to have or not. The panel must be simple easy to use and very very straight forward. must work on a mobile phones and tablets and their will be a function in which the reseller can add sms credits and position credits to the customers account so the can command the unit via sms what to do not via tcp or gprs. their will be various functions like geo fencing movement alert etc and will be able to add the resellers sms gateway API details to their particular account. Any freelancer who designs this will also get work afterwards to add protocol for the new devices we get on the system to configure them and a price for this will be separate and discussed. freelancer will give me all coding for the software all the password etc and upload this to my dedicated server and configure the software to work accordingly. please note the software must be designed in linux or other not windows as we do not have windows hosting.
