IMAGE DRAWING TO PUT ON CAT DISH

Hi. i am looking for a freelance producer or graphic designer who can produce an image onto some cat dishes. Here's the product detail: I am creating cat dishes to sell. I have freelancers standing by who will photoshop and digitize my image and put it on a file so I can give to a producer, who will put the image on the dish. The cat dish is unique, as it is rectangular in size that's designed for 2 or more cats to eat at the same time. You can't do that with a bowl because the cats will be butting heads and one won't get enough to eat. I need someone who will be able to transfer the image onto the "platter." I need a total of 225 platters, and I have 3 unique images. So I would like 75 each with the different images. I also need a paper sleeve to go around a side of the platter to explain that this is a cat dish (people wouldn't know because they look like trays) and also to show our logo. I would need 225 sleeves. The sleeve will contain the copy (the description). No illustrations beside the logo. Here are the images I drew that I want to use.
