Improve interaction design for website that non intuitive users should still manage to navigate and serve themselves. The site will be visited by international audience and psychological impact of landing on a new site that a user may never come back should be minimal and human behavior should be to the point to getting things done. The site is already done. What is needed is to observe recorded site visitor videos, and come back with tangible improvements for the workflow/design/colors, patterns that can lead to increased purchases.
