Lunches pre-ordering web design

We are building a website for a school cafeteria to allow parents to pre-order lunch meals for their children in advance. We have some basic screen ideas in mind, but need a full responsive pure html+css+javascript base to work from. We will add the logic to *make it work*, we are looking for the look and feel of the website. We need the following pages: * Home (Full responsive design with some design freedom - make the homepage awesome) * Sign up - First the parent of the child would sign up * Sign up - Second the parent will register / edit children * Place order - this should be some form of menu where the options are displayed and the parent can choose meals for the schoolchild * Manage order - Display order summary * Payment screen / checkout A very simple skeleton website has been set up here: [login to view URL] - Please register an account and have a look at the various pages.
