Need Graphics From Website Banner

I am looking for someone who can create a graphic from our website banner. The banner as it is est-up is in a .css file. I have uploaded building image on the left as it is the only actual picture in the banner. The graphics we need are as follows: 1) An identical banner for use on the top of letterhead 2) Camara ready copy scaled and inclusive of address, phone, fax, email and website camara ready for a businesss card, and 3) Scaled and inclusive of a return address for use on envelopes The phone number as it is laid out in the web banner would be excluded from each file.
