I need some Graphic Design

I have two locations opening within 30days. I need a graphic designer to design the retail spaces. Our concept is a coffee vape smoke/vape shop. They are mostly empty spaces. First location is approximately 1,100 sq. ft. The second location is approx. 500 sq. ft. They need to be able to work with me as it is a process. First - Must be USA based who understands what materials can be sourced from the US. -multiple revisions -must be able to list all materials used for contractors. - give estimated costs of materials -be able to finish job with in 7 business days -must be able to list all work done for city inspectors.
