Regular image editing in Photoshop

We take a lot of product photos that need cutting out of their back ground and then be pasted in a perfect white background. This makes the pictures look much more professional. We will send jpg pictures(350K per picture on average) via email. Pictures send back need to be PSD files. We have about 150-200 pictures per month that need editing. We do them now ourselves and it takes us about 10 minutes per picture. We are to busy and we would like to outsource this activity. It would ideally suit someone that is busy and just want some extra work. The requirement is that we get the pictures returned within 48 hours. We are looking for a price per picture. So whomever bids for this will bid for 200 pictures to be edited. we will pay a price per picture on a monthly basis.
