1. I attached a mock-up explaining the idea of the app. Some where in our country, people are walking rounding in cycles (Anti-clockwise). I need an app to play an audio records (speech) while people are rounding. 3 audio files per each language, for up to 28 language. I will provide these files to the freelancer. a certain file should play when the walking person enter the specific zone of the circle. knowing that each person is doing 7 circle within 15-45 minutes. depending on the crowed. I can provide the circle dimensions & the GPS points for each zone. 2. Preferred colors schemes are (Gold strips and Black woven), see attachments. 3. I like clean design styles 4. the project completion date is preferred to be before 12May2018 as can as possible. 5. the app must be able to do (in-app-purchasing) deducting from the bill of the cellular provider in our country. (Saudi Arabia) 7. Enabling future update to increase the Audi files in order to serve more language. Knowing that each language consist of 3 files. 8. LTL + RTL
