Website Re-Design and Update

Hello, I am SV Analytix and I do work foI have an old website that has not been updated in over 10 years. I need a web designer who can provide us with a with a fresh look. We want to keep all the current pages, however we have some new items to incorporate. I need a web designer who is flexible, creative, and skilled in his or her field in order to make my vision come to life. BASIC REQUIREMENTS 1) The project will be awarded to the web designer who can show me the best sample of his or her work 2) We will need daily communication through Freelancer to get all the details in order. Be prepared for multiple revisions. 3) The site must be responsive. It should adapt its content (text, images, etc) distribution in the different devices phones, tablets laptops and desktops. Landscape or portrait should not be a factor 4) All existing photos must be converted to jpg. and videos must be converted to .MP4 before loading to new website. 5) Only 1 MileStone will be awarded. And that will be at the end of the project, once the web files have been transferred to the host server and all links have been tested and approved. 6) We respect the web designer’s ability to wow us, he or she should suggest and include more details according to what he or she feels the website needs in order to accomplish the prime objective. 7) This must be a professional website, original in its design and content, NOT FROM A TEMPLATE. 8) You must have an image design that is genuine, and as clean and professional as possible. 9) Although professional in appearance, the “residential” tab should make the homeowner feel welcomed and comfortable. 10) The web design professional must make a very intuitive navigation presentation according to the needs and factors of interest of the client.
