We are a small company using Zendesk for support. We want to have a small private app developed that: Looks up the customers customer# (in Zendesk already as a custom attribute) Used that info to launch a local .bat file with the customer# as an attribute We need this to have the agents be able to 1-click lookup customers in our local ERP-system.

I've written a similar plugin before by calling a URL instead of a bat file. Can I get more info on the ERP system - maybe there is a better way to lookup the customer# apart from a bat file?
