write an autocomplete that duplicates LinkedIn Search

I want an autocomplete search box that can take formatted HTML as description. I also want the ability to have search in different areas and have it show up in the drop down box. Look at attached image. It is in section of People/Companies/showcase. The drop down has pictures and that would be a nice plus. The search box will use an JSON file for the auto complete. jQuery has a description section that can take formatted HTML but I'm not too sure of pictures and also I'm not too sure of sections.
