Optimised Web Mobile Application (For Smartphone; Iphone, Ipad,Android)

Optimised Web Mobile app requiring webservice required. The backend would be designed using PHP or Ruby on Rails. It should be able to support the following features: MAIN OWNER AMDMINISTRATIVE AREA An administrative panel that would be used to manage the application content. Backend that can be used to manage ads to be released to the application. Backend that can be used to customise the templates for service providers SERVICES PROVIDER ADMINISTRATIVE AREA The backend should support a multi level admin panel where the providers of services can maintain the templates of the services to be provided to users which feeds the mobile app. USER AREA Users can customise their settings to suite their preferred experience. For instance: A users can register if desired on the application allowiwng them to personalise, customise some fearutes to work with the data on their phones or ipads, etc. to update their diaries or calendar on their phone, to provide an alert or reminder or ad features when set. Users on the app will be able to search for or view information based on some search criteria like Country and city or using GPS location functionality. The app should support touch screen functionality that would allow users to be able to view, display information using icons on screen to navigate.
