Edit my existing code

Hi all, I am not very good in coding with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS so I need help with tweeking my existing code. The code has a sliding bar and on changing the position of the sliding bar, it would popup a message by running a script. Currently it runs the script on "onmouseup" but what I need to do is to remove the sliding bar and run the script to popup the message every 1 second for example. So; the code should reload every second and if a certain criteria met, then run the script to popup the message. FYI, the script is not a native JavaScript or HTML script. it is a FileMaker script. So far the code can run the script on mouse click so accessing the FileMaker script is not an issue here. The environment which run this code is not an actual web browser, instead I run it through a web viewer tool in an application called FileMaker so I would prefer someone with knowledge of FileMaker and JavaScript/HTML. I will provide you the code and you can also work on my pc remotely if needed. PLEASE note that no milestone or payments will be made before getting the code up and running.
