Points to rewards site *READ DESCRIPTION*

I need a site where users can earn points for completing CPA Offerwalls and offers. I don't know much about the coding part so I will give you access to the accounts with API and it's up to you to make sense of everything to get the offerwalls up and running. An example of a good site is [login to view URL] something like this would be fantastic. same style integrations and the same concept I have all accounts in question on the offer wall part except 1 or 2 *Note* you will also need to change the point system around to match the currency system so for example 500 points = 1$ and 2$ is 1000 points and so on.... This should not be hard for an experienced developer however experience in this field would really help, i need this now and my money is waiting no WordPress please. Need this from scratch.
