Document how to deploy CockroachDB on IBM Cloud [login to view URL] Deliverables: * Blog post on medium or similar tech blog service with detailed step by step instructions including images on the process to deploy and run CockroachDB on IBM Cloud Kubernetes * PR to update CockroachDB documentation to include IBM Cloud manual deployment ([login to view URL]) * Video posted to youtube capturing how to setup account, setup and configure CockroachDB and connect with a sample app  * Any helpful code including scripts needed to run the tutorial should be posted to GitHub in a suitably named repository for this and related future work with an MIT License  An IBM Cloud PayGo account will be required to accomplish this task. Before the project is awarded, the winning freelancer must sign a letter of assurance regarding US export regulations pertaining to this project and the employer.
