3D floor plan interior decor Redesign expert needed

I MAINLY need an interior designer to do interior decoration. im not interested in lots of hours rendering. what is the point of rendering crap designs? So hence the reason i need an real interior designer who knows how to illustrate his/her Interior design thoughts on 3D artwork. Output preferred is 3D floor plans ... with 2 or 3 full Rendered High quality images of the 3D floor interior design. The 3D floor plans have different angle view PNG image taken of the design.
