I'm looking for an illustrator/artist to create a custom color tattoo illustration for me similar the the sleeve tattoo picture attached but better and original. This is for a tattoo cover up. ((KEEP IN MIND THIS ILLUSTRATION DESIGN NEEDS TO BE CUSTOM FIT TO COVER UP THE TATTOO IN THE PICTURE)) I want same color and concept for the water wave in this EXAMPLE picture attached but I want a better more detailed sky and I want the face at the bottom to be removed and to make that the bottom of the blue seafloor. REMOVE the face at the bottom and make that area blue to look like under water with fish swimming and maybe even a dolphin. Place a treasure chest at the bottom of the "sleeve area" above the wrist and place some other items (an old school film/camera projector at the bottom of the sea and a gold crown with different color jewels in it). Place this above the treasure chest in the forearm area so it looks underwater. If you can design this for me in detail and color with professional quality please let me know... Thanks!.
