Draw a Dragon to meet a concept

Hello, I have recently created a new product in Australia with a brand name called, “Dragon Syrup Co”. Require a new log to be created in the shape of a dragon. I am searching for an illustrator who can draw a Dragon we can use on product labels and on T-Shirts, etc. The detail needs to be precise so the image can be enlarged for branding on signs and mobile coffee vans. Hence, we require a new image created from scratch showing detail. The image created will be trademarked so it must be an original. We have searched online and found a concept we like. Two images attached. We require a picture of a dragon flying towards you, about to land with the legs and talons outstretched as per the illustrations provided. The drawing is to be in black and white as a line drawing. The dragon needs to show the scales and long-tail pointing down. It is to be used in a vertical format on a label which will be applied to a tall clear plastic bottle with coffee syrup. Would be ideal if the wings are partly outstretched with the face looking forwards. On some labels we will require the dragon to be breathing fire, so this must be taken into consideration and able to be included as a separate drawing. Can be drawn black on white, however, all the labels will be printed in reverse with a black background, showing the dragon in white and greyscale as per the two sample drawings provided. The only colour we need on the drawing is for the two dragon eyes to be red. Black background and halftone white scale on black. Are you able to do this? Happy to provide a degree of creative licence to you, however, it needs to be in principle similar to the examples provided. I would require a draft concept before the final image is created so we are happy with the concept you come up with. We will require eps files or Ai so it can be edited on Adobe. Will also require jpg and png formats. We are also keen to see a variation with flames coming from the mouth. The flames would need to be in colour. Is this something you can deliver. Do you have any samples of similar drawings you can supply so we can assess before we award the contract? We are also on a tight schedule and do require the logo ASAP.
