I would like to hire an Interior Designer

I recently bought some furniture for my living and dining room (tables, sofas and chairs) but I believe that the most important elements of these rooms are the carpets and paintings, however, I am having a really hard time finding them. I am from Ecuador but I am currently in Europe so I would like to take the opportunity to buy those articles here. What carpet should I buy for my dining room? Can you recommend a store where I can buy it in Europe? 2. What carpet and painting should I buy for the living room? in what store in Europe? 3. What lamp and decorative accessories should I buy for the living room? in what store in Europe? 4. what color should I paint the walls of the living and dining room considering they are both in the same space?
