Link Building for 3 keywords

OK, first let me start off by saying i am only interested in Link Building, I DONOT want seo plans, services etc. Any of this will be ignored and reported for wasting my time, sorry to be harsh but sick and tired of people ignoring the brief and sending me rubbish i am not interested in. The project, I want to build 7,500 links as follows. 2500 Security vacancies 2500 Security Jobs 2500 Security Officer Jobs These links have to be do follow and be listed in places where they are likely to stay, these links will be checked, this will be ano on going process and every month we will just change the keywords. Prove yourself in the first month and i will just use you every other month. I use a number of freelancers and as soon as i have found somebody i trust i just stick with them, this could be an excellent opportunity, so only bid if you have the time are professional and are serious about this project. A 50% milestone payment will be made. And released once a spreadsheet with the links have been provided and checked. along with the remaining 50%
