150 Backlink Need PR4+

I need the 150 Backlink PR4+ for my engagement ring site. The site has 30 pages which all need to have backlinks built to them evenly. All backlinks must be from ONLY PR4+ domains FOLLOW STRICT GUIDELINES: - NO Pinging - Google guidelines/Terms and Conditions should be followed - backlink come from already indexed pages - Absolutely no black hat or Grey hat tactics. We require white hat techniques only. - No Spammy Comments. - Links must be STRICTLY from: Google PR3+ pages (home page page rank, iframes, other page ranks do NOT count) - URLs must be live as soon as you create them - Free one-way manual links. - No sub-domains - Links must be permanent and static HTML. - Link pages and our text links must be visible, readable, index-able and do-follow. - Linked sites must be search engine friendly, established and fully active. - Pages must be indexed and cached by Google, Yahoo and Bing within last 30-60 days - Domains must be from different IP addresses and different Class-C IP addresses. - Prefer high ranking Alexa sites. - No article directories, link farms, forums, spam sites, web rings or adult sites, or link directories. - We reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable. - Links that are not approved will have to be replaced by service provider. - The page where you will put my link should not have more than 50 external links! (VERY IMPORTANT) - I will provide you with the keyword for the anchor text for each backlink, You wont. Reporting: Spreadsheet should be provided after every 30 backlinks with the following information (to correct errors, if any). 1 URLs of pages where i can find my links published. 2 Domain / subdomain PR 3 Anchor text used 4 NO upfront payment until I check all the b@cklink Verification: I will verify All links are DoFollow and that the Anchor text is correct. I will verify the domain PR of each website. I will verify that the pages where the link is present are publicly viewable (viewable without registration) and Indexed in Google. Only ethical work will be accepted. - No links from rel="nofollow" or "noindex" tag for pages themselves and for anchor text - No [login to view URL] blocking, fake PR, banned by Google, Yahoo, Bing sites - No use of automated software or bots. - NO PING SITES. - No links from under construction pages. - No link farms and link exchange programs or web rings such as [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc., no rented links, FFA sites, adult & porn sites, pharmacy sites, illegal websites, hate-based websites, violent websites, cracking or hacking websites, no blacklisted or spam sites, links from "bad neighborhood" sites (e.g. link farms, porn and so on), ping sites, etc. - No scraped content, mirror sites, orphaned link pages, link schemes and sites overrun with contextual ads, popups, ads, sponsored links, intrusive advertising, classified sites, labeled links, etc. - No adult websites or with illegal content - No pages with more than 50 external links PAYMENT - Do not bid over $50.00 - I expect to pay between $30.00 - $50.00 for this job. I posted this job for a 150+ High PR do follow links - that is what I want....do not offer to build me social bookmarks, press releases, article links, profile links or anything else I did not request. If you want to offer to build more than 150 links - that is fine - but do not offer me services I am not asking for. If you want to offer more than 150 links, this is a project for 30 seperate pages, and I want an even amount of links. With 150 links I am expecting 5 links for each page. Failure to abide by all of these terms mentioned in this document will result NON Payment and or a dispute filed. All payment when task is complete no upfront payment
