500 Blog Links

We are a US based web development & SEO company which caters mainly to small businesses We need a provider to obtain around 500 back links from blogs only, no profile links please. The back links should meet following criteria :- 1 At least 25% links should be from PR7 and above blogs. 2 Balance from blogs not lower than PR4 3 All links from ‘do follow’ urls and English blogs only. 4. No link farm or spam links. 5. All links should be permanent. 6. Links will be acceptable only from URLs indexed by Google. 7. Links from cloacked and rediretected URLS will not be accepted. 8. Please avoid Newsgroup, pharmacy, gambling, porn etc blogs. Needless to say that the links obtained should be on non-reciprocal basis, permanent and from static pages. We will pay for links obtained not submissions made. The provider may need to sign NDNC. Weekly reporting. Please provided detailed plan along with a sample report showing at least 2 dozen actual links obtained. The campaign needs to be completed in 60 days. Please quote on per link basis.
