On page/off page SEO Back Linking

We are looking for someone to help increase traffic and search engine results for several sites.

These are the following rules .

- Only experienced link builders, please show me your previous experience.

- All links must be permanent links.

- Links must be from totally different websites and IP addresses.

- A daily progress report showing URLs of pages that has the link and PR of these pages.

- Must not use any blackhat or similar fake techniques.

- No spam or illegal methods should be applied or used.

- no-follow links do not count. All links must be do-follow.

At the end, I need quality links, so, please only professional experienced freelancers are welcome.

They MUST be DO FOLLOW links. They MUST be on INDEXED pages. They MUST be relevant. They must be PERMANENT. No 1 day links or 1 week links. 1 year or better. (This is required.)

Permanent, one-way backlinks, Angela/Paulie type and English language sites only. .gov and .edu preferred.

- Absolutely no Black hat or Grey hat tactics. We require white hat techniques only.

- NO ARTICLE or Directory Sites, No Spammy Comments.

- Free one-way manual links.

- No subdomains, back links must be on a www.

- Links must be permanent and static HTML.

- Link pages and our text links must be visible, readable, indexed and do-follow.

- Linked sites must be search engine friendly, established and fully active.

- Pages must be indexed and cached by Google, Yahoo and Bing within last 30-60 days

- Domains must be from different IP addresses and different Class-C IP addresses.

- No article directories, link farms, spam sites, web rings or adult sites, or link directories.

- We reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable.

-The page where you will put my link should not have more than 100 external links! (this is very important)

If you have a SEO Backling Strategy feel fre to share. I am open to suggestions. My company has clients that want page one and or #1 ranking. On page SEO is a plus, if you know how to improve what has been done to these site the better. I'm looking for someone who is open to criticism and wanting to learn more.
