Perth Photography Business SEO Requirements

Simone Addison Photography is an international award winning Perth, Western Australian based photography business. I am hoping to draw most of our business enquiries via our website online through Google searches. The website is currently on a Joomla platform so it will require with Joomla experience to get around. I need a very experienced SEO expert who has previous knowledge in performing SEO for an Australian based business. I have about 15-20 keywords which require good ranking results on Google (preferably top 5) & I expect the winning bidder to perform their own research to see if other alternative keywords should be utilised. I expect a competitor analysis to be performed and I wish for my website to outperform these competitors when being searched. List of competitors and their keywords will be provided to you. I seek a results orientated person who will provide a full research report on the keywords that he/she believes will help drive targeted traffic to the website. I also fully expect a weekly report from the winning bidder on the progress of our ranking improvements. You will be provided with access to the website. I will support you in whatever method (white hat only) you believe is needed to change or be done to achieve my Google ranking goal. Anything from key words to Meta Title, H1 tags and so on. When bidding, please provide: • White Hat SEO Methods used (need numbers, details) • Time frame in which this will be achieved. Criteria: ABSOLUTELY NO BLACKHAT OR GREY HAT METHODS, ONLY WHITE HAT METHODS – Google guidelines must be followed and in no way should this be compromised. Links building should follow: - No black hat and other unethical SEO Spam techniques. Only white hat methods and ethical work will be accepted. - Back link pages must relate to our site topic - Links must be from Australian websites. - Link pages and our links must be visible, readable, indexable and do-follow. - Links must be permanent, static html links. - One way links only, no reciprocal links. - No [login to view URL] blocking. No links from rel="nofollow" or "noindex" tag for pages themselves and for anchor text. - No use of automated software or bots. - No links from under construction pages. - No java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters, etc. - No link farms, link exchange programs, and web rings. - No paid traffic sites. - No banned sites, porn, gambling, violent, illegal sites, etc. * Links that are not approved must be replaced by service provider. Report requirements: We need weekly report from you to see the improvement. Freelancer will be responsible to do all that is required to get the job done. ie: link building, article writing etc. Payment: 10% payment once you submit a report to us detailing the methods you will be using and submitting a competitor analysis 40% payment when our site appears in 10th position for or higher in Google Australia and maintained for 30 days 50% payment when our site appears in 3rd position or higher in Google Australia and maintained for 30 days (This can be discussed in accordance with your needs. Please feel free to pm us for discussion) Please let me know of your timeframe this will be completed in. I don’t mind you taking a little longer, but must be within reasonable time. You must let me know early if some targets cannot be achieved and you need extra time, I have no problem with that. Do not tell me at the last minute you cannot complete timeframe, otherwise you will not receive payments.
