Whitelist bulk mail Yahoo

I am looking for someone experienced in bulk email marketing for Yahoo. You should have experience sending high volumes of messages to @[login to view URL] users. We use postfix as MTA with a couple of domain/Ips Instances Any modification to postfix configuration to improve deliverability is welcomed when we send bulk emails to yahoo only 200 emails are getting to yahoo and all the others are getting deffered . we want to solve this bulk blocking issue with yahoo. You should be an expert in DomainKeys, DKIM, SPF, DNS, Feedback loop, etc. I DO NOT WANT YOU TO SEND EMAILS FOR ME. I have my *OWN* emails and I want my *OWN* server to get into the inbox. You MUST have experience with Yahoo's bulk sender application process. If you have never done this, THEN PLEASE GO DO ANOTHER PROJECT. ****I am also interested in purchasing already whitelisted IPs/Domains.
