I started in social media almost twenty years ago, yes even before the term was coined. Back then social media was listservers and I participated as a way to gain consumers trust and build business relationships.
A lot has changed, but the same theories apply to Twitter. Scatter information customers want to hear, engage in conversations, and build relationships.
Through various social media management platforms, Social Oomph, Hootsuite, and Twitter App for iPod I search for key words, trending hastags, and build can build upload ques for reoccurring messages.
I am looking forward to learning more about the scope of this project and see if we are a match.
