Email marketing provider

Dear Freelancer(s), We have a short list of email addresses (500) and names in .csv format. We are looking for someone to send out an email to each person (no bulk emailing since we want a 99% inbox-rate) inviting them to test our web application. We will send you the template for the invitation, which must begin with Dear [user’s first name]. A member of our team must be blind cc’d on each email. And his email address must by the reply-to address. We will give you access to a company email account. If you perform well, you will be hired to continue the campaign, which may reach 100,000 invitations (and perhaps much higher), so, at that point, an automated process, which produces personalized emails, may be necessary. Of course, we expect you to preserve the privacy of the users in the list - the list must be kept private. I look forward to working with you.
