App that connects Taxi drivers to riders

My buisiness right now is planning to launch a taxi serivce thats going to serve the riders on a whole new level. The app that I need done should be both usable in the Google Play Store as well as the Apple Store. This "Taxi" app needs to have a map intigrated of the local surrounding and for the rider the app needs to show the closest available taxis to them and their charges. The taxi charges come in different variations such as a luxury ride, regular ride, and family ride. The user also needs to be able to chat with the taxi driver through the app. The app should also include a feature on rating the taxi driver and selecting a monthly, one time or weekly ride for their perticular journey. There must be two sides to this app; one is the rider and the other is the taxi driver, the rider must get the closest taxi drivers, their ratings, charge for the trip and wheather it will be a monthly, once or weekly drive, on the other hand, the teaxi driver side of the app must show the profile of their rider, their ratings as a rider by the taxi drivers and whether the rider will be their monthyl, once or weekly rider of a perticular commute.
