Chat messenger and online teacher job room

I wish to build an app that can be used similar to the Telegram app and the Whatsapp app. The app would have a travel room/button and when clicked on would bring the audience to choose the country to shop around at, live customer service(not a must) from the shop owner and easy purchasing. We collect 5% commission on the transaction. The app has two main focus, one is to promote online language learners, since they have their profile photo and number uploaded. Members can sign up for tutoring and price tag their hourly and then they are added to a world mapping network. This function would require users to have an account in the chat messenger where they can update schedule, accept request for classes from parents directly, and collect payments.
