Social Engine 4 Mods

We need developers to build a web application or Modifications on our Social Engine 4 platform. The interested party will also need to build a Social Engine Template designed for our social network site. This will include graphics, layout, and interface that is 100% unique and proprietary to our company. The developer will not be able to resell this nor use any of the graphic elsewhere. We like the look colors like Orange, Blue and White. We will like interested party to give us a sample of what they can design. There is going to be multiple MODS to be added to the site.
