Hi, I would like to help you out on your project. I worked on several python based scripts like one SSH ouput parser that used Pyexpect and one Web crawler that used Beautifulsoup. But I would like to know more details beforehand. What kind of content do you want filtered? Are these files or websites or databases? What kind of output should the application have? Do you expect the app to have some gui? If yes I would make one using Qt. I would be glad if you could respond to these questions so I can make a better time estimate.
