rebuilding 2 android application under TOR -- 2

Hello, We have 2 TOR system we need to build with v3 TOR system; where one is with android system and other is web application system; the android system is need some expert in JAVA and PHP and mySQL to build it; the other one is easy to build; i need good system admin with JAVA system and modules so we can reinstall this android application and web application in 1 day or maximum 3 days .. only expert bidding please... if the project will extended more than 3 days you will lose the right of this bidding and we will hire another freelancer for this project.
