Simple java applet

Please read the specs carefully, I will only reply to personalized bids. Standard applications with hourly rates will not be taken into account. What I need is a small java application with 2 main screens: on the first there are a few choices to make (dropdown, radiobuttons, fill-in fields); these choices are needed for 1 calculation; the second screen is a result screen with a recalculate button that goes back to the first. Next to this there will be a splash screen, a settings screen (few items) and a help screen (brief). All the elements of the applet (colours, texts, pics, ... ) are stored in variables. These are parsed into the applet by some kind of 'mother applet' that generates the child applet on the fly. Next to the already mentioned variables, is must also be possible to personalize this applet with a name, a date, a unique number (incremental), a header gif and the possibility to set an expiration date (yes/no – 1,2,3 years). The mother app must also be able to read the variable when a finished applet is feeded back to her (as a check). For now the child applet must be able to run a on a webpage and a s a standalone application on a personal computer. Implementation for iPod, Strawberry, etc must be possible. Later on versions for different mobile phone types must be implemented. If this can be done right away, the better. Please be clear on this point. If you cannot do this now you should specify (and prove) if you are able to deal with this. This is a low budget project, with possiblity to do a lot of follow-up once the project starts. Therefore an extensive briefing will be handed over with a variable list, a technical description, the calculation formula, layouts and grafix. Please provide me with a price for the complete job. If you mention an hourly rate, I also want the number of hours you expect to be working on this project. I also need the complete source code.
