81786 JS popup modification

I have a popup maker that creates popup windows for users. I need someone to modify the javascript so the users can make multiple popups, and have the javascript call these multiple popups based on cookies - so the user doesn't get the same popups in the same browser session. Also need to have the option that popups only POPUP when the user exits the entire site. If the user is still on the site, the popup windows should NOT POPUP. I have the javascript for this..but need to make it work with the popup maker so users can make their own. This is a quick project..needed asap. Thanks.
