266446 Ad Rotator Script

Hello. I need a script...and I need it quick. The script must pull/fetch ads from [login to view URL] & [login to view URL] (written backwards). The ads must rotate on each visit/refresh. The end-user must be able to enter their username, for each website above, into the script, so that they are awarded with commissions. When a user clicks ads by via this script, the client will be credited with the referral 80% of the time, while my company will be credited 20% of the time. I must be able to change the layouts sizes, for example "120x600". I must also be able to change the fonts and borders. The script should pick up on the relevant keywords within the page to display related ads. The script will be hosted on my servers.
