Javascript or jQuery Project Project Brief: We have tried to build our own interactive world map using jQuery. The current map can be seen here: [login to view URL] The current map has highlighted areas which represent the continents that we work in. If you hover over a country you will see a pop-up list. This list represents clients who we work for in that country. We are trying to duplicate the first original map which was made in flash. This can be seen here: [login to view URL] We now require a developer to make an interactive map, as follows: When the map web page is visited the map will show all of the continents which we work in. These will be all orange. The rest of the map where we do not work will be grey. The 6 areas that we work in that need to be orange are: Europe, USA, Asia/Middle East, Australia, Canada and South America. When a user hovers over one of the 6 areas above, that area on the map will turn grey and a pop up box will appear (as it does now here: [login to view URL]), showing a list of clients. See list of clients below. Step 2 is to add 4 office icons. The office icons will sit just outside of the main map area, ie, they do not need to cover the actual map, just sitting to the side pointing to the relevant area. See below for office locations. When a user hovers over the office icon, a box will pop up. The box will contain the name of the office, ie, Asia Pacific Office, an image of the office manager (image to follow), along with the address and contact details. Please read the brief fully and quote us exactly as required. jQuery is not a requirement but is preferred over Javascript. The 4 office locations are as follows: 1) UK & Europe. Office icon pointing to the UK 2) North America, Colorado Denver. Office pointing to the USA 3) Canada, Toronto, Ontario. Office pointing to canada 4) Asia Pacific.
