ArcGIS Javascript edit records code

We require some javascript, using the capabilities of the esri javascript api to: - search/select a record - edit the textual content of the record - post the edits The data will be available via esri rest services such as [login to view URL] the query should enable predictive filling of the search We would also prefer if a map of the location of the asset is returned/available on the edit screen Please only reply with a realistic/accurate timeframes and price.
