Bespoke Windows App for Printing PDF's/PSD's/JPEG Files

I currently use Photoshop to batch print PDF's/PSD's/JPEG Files. I have created some Photoshop actions that do the following; 1. Opens from a folder 2. Moves the Document 3. Adds the Filename in the top left corner 4. Sends to Print 5. Closes As Photoshop is a huge drain on PC resources, I was wondering if we could have a custom program made that did as per the above, but lighter and faster! So I require the functionality the same as what I do in the video, also, I would like the ability to print documents in reverse order: [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], 1.pdf. My printer for postage labels, doesn't have this functionality.
