Create a web-based framework using Python - Django or Flask, rewrite the code using MySQL or SQL with Python

Describe are the things that needs to be done. 1. Create a web framework using Python-Django or Python Flask. 2. Rewrite the existing Python Code with SQL or MySQL based database. Note: MongoDB can also be used if you have experience on the same. 3. Create a few new columns which I would give in the following 2 days and create a few graphs on the same. e.g. HeatMaps, Geographical Maps, Line cum Bar Graphs. 4. Create two pages in the web-based framework, one Analytical and the other Historical. 5. Give me an detailed report of how to make the changes in the near future. Detailed approach is attached.
