Experienced JS developer

We are looking for an experienced JS developer who is proficient with React.js and Node.js frameworks. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components for a web application that assimilates and then handles large web-scraped data and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important. Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for scraping data from multiple sources and housing it under one main platform 2. Developing new user-facing features using React.js 3. Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use 4. Translating designs and wire frames into high-quality code 5. Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers Skills: 1. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model 2. Thorough understanding of React.js and Node.js and its core principles 3. Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux) 4. Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript 5. Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., [login to view URL]) 6. Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus 7. Familiarity with RESTful APIs 8. Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token 9. Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools 10. Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc. 11. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements 12. A knack for benchmarking and optimization 13. Familiarity with code versioning tools {​{such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial}​} 14. Gather and process raw, structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data at scale, including writing scripts, developing programmatic interfaces against web APIs, scraping web pages, processing twitter feeds, etc. 15. Design, review, implement and optimize data transformation processes in streaming ,relational databases, NoSQL in cloud environments 16. Designing NoSQL collections and optimizing the collections to surface functionalities through web services 17. Build required web interfaces for administration functions of the application 18. Respond quickly and effectively to production issues and taking responsibility for seeing those issues through to resolution 19.
