Need a Simple Button Added to My TinyMCE Project

I need a button added to my WYSWIG editor that runs a modified TinyMCE. You can see it here: [login to view URL] The button would: 1. Allow me to import custom images directly into the rich text. 2. The custom images would be selectable by a drop-down list, and each item in the list would have a series of images that are selectable. 3. I need the button to be flexible enough to have an unlimited number of images and image categories added to it (by me). So, to restate the above requirements: when the button is clicked, a dropdrown list should be presented with lists of categories. Each category has a list of images. When clicked, the image will paste directly on the rich text area. I will be able to modify the code/directory of images to add as many as I need. I am versatile with CSS, HTML and a bit of javascript. As long as it isn't too complicated and you provide me with clear insturctions, I'll be able to use what you created.
