update joomla 1.0 to 1.5 template --> for a CSS pro!

Hello friends, Here's the Joomla 1.0 website: [login to view URL] THE TEMPLATE needs to be upgraded to Joomla 1.5. The template needs to look very professional, and very much like this existing website. If it looks better, that's great. But remember, I want to use primarily CSS... not tables. (I can handle some, but the main template should be almost entirely CSS. NOTE: HERE'S THE CURRENT STATUS: <COMPLETED> Joomla 1.5 installed <COMPLETED> HTML content copied from 1.0 to 1.5 <COMPLETED> Plugins and modules have been installed >>INCOMPLETE<< Make 1.5 template. Personally, it makes me no difference if you want to use a commercial template or anything... the point is to get the 1.5 template and customize it properly. This needs to be done as fast as possible. I ONLY NEED A MATCHING TEMPLATE, INSTALLED AND TWEAKED TO MATCH THE CURRENT SITE! Got it? :P 1.5 is already installed in a sub-directory and has MOST ALL the content already. I will provide FTP details and Joomla admin details so you can go to work on it. You'll ONLY be creating (or customizing) and installing the new template so that it matches the current website. I will provide you with any extra graphics necessary to complete the core layout. It's possible that certain components/modules might need to be installed, but if you know Joomla, you'll quickly recognize which ones those are and how to install obtain and install them (i.e. header image rotator). :) Please don't bother bidding if you don't have any feedback.
