Custom Design Website graphics & convert to responsive Joomla 3 Template

Description: Need a simple creative design suitable for a 'crowd funding' portal built in Joomla 3.x. After design approval, must convert to a responsive Joomla Template. The Funding Categories are: Missional Business Poverty Alleviation Community Building Environmental Impact Family Support Outreach & Evangelism Others ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Funding Projects will be posted by Organisations like: – "Social Enterprise", "Individual", "Charity" or "Corporation" ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- The template code must be open and should be simple and safe without any plugin or dependencies that can potentially expose to hacking. The web design MUST be 'Responsive' ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Web Designer quoting for this project MUST have a portfolio of web design work done in the past and demonstrated ability to convert into installable Joomla 3.x template once the design is finalised. Bidder must have completed at least 5 Joomla web design with converting to installable Joomla responsive template. Please present 5 of your web design graphic images and corresponding live web site url where the image has been converted by you to a responsive Joomla template. Without these references a proposal will not be reviewed. Just web site url alone will not be sufficient.
