joomla admin site not working properly & youtube video list

we have a production joomla site, its admin site is not working properly. i am able to log in, but each time when i update/save/..., it shows "the webpage is not available", and i have to use 'Back' button in browser to go back... Also, the youtube video list is showing 'cannot connect to youtube server' instead of showing the video title. but the link is still working, and videos can be played. thank you.
