a scratch card jquery plugin

Project Description: Scratchcard needed. This should be built as a jQuery plugin and it should work flawlessly in the latest version Chrome, Firefox, Safari, IE 9, IE 10, IE 11, and the latest version of Android and iOS tablets and phones. The user will be presented with a scratchcard in which they will use their mouse or finger (mobile) to drag around a coin or other image that will scratch off the top area revealing a picture underneath. When the user completes a specified percent of the card, it will pop up a message saying "Complete". The following are options that need to be configurable in the plugin: - width (px or percent) - height (px or percent) - background image path - color covering the image - percent needed to complete - image path for "cursor" or the hand that will move around the scratch card clearing off sections - radius of scratching (so if it is bigger, it will clear the card faster) Something similar to this, for an example: [login to view URL] - After percent needed to complete is reached, entire scratchcard should be revealed/cleared and there should be a callback method that is called (if set in the plugins options)
