Write backlog - Starting a laravel project

This project should be the start of a long-term partnership. To get hired you need to show me: 1. Code, like your github and/or show some function you've written. We don't need a copy/paste developer. 2. Show a backlog you've written both stories and epics. Showing you know and use Jira the same way we do, thoroughly. Project description We're in the beginning phase of a project. The project will consist of writing a specsheet for laravel development and custom api creation. First, we're looking for someone that can flesh out the specsheet. From what we have now, an excel sheet with tasks written by a client. The tasks are not well enough defined to be put into the backlog, and for us to start development. This is where we need your help. We need some to go through this document, specify and create every subtask that's missing until our lead developer is satisfied. The current specsheet is not written by a developer, so we need a developer to go through it and ad everything that's missing. you'll be using Atlassian Jira and write out the backlog tasks.
