I need a good legal writer who has experience in drafting legal document to form partnership between two entities. The document will include all clauses and legal term as per Indian Law. Specially, there will be two clauses on confidentiality and cost. In this agreement, I want someone to include a clause so that my partner will be in partnership agreement with me to do tasks assigned by me but my partner cannot not disclose my business and financial details with my client. The work given to my partner will be from my and this work is basically coming from my client. So, my partner can communicate with client only on the technical details but not about financial things. If my partner breaches this term, there should be some legal actions including financial obligations. For the costing part, agreement should have clear anticipation of what I am giving my partner for each project completed. I will provide all the details about it once someone is hired.
